Holiday Design Services
Overwhelmed by the holidays? GRAND ENTRANCE can take the stress out of holiday planning and decorating by providing full service design and party preparation throughout the holiday season. Let us turn your home or office into a holiday wonderland! We participate in the annual Holiday Home Tour by volunteering our design services to fully decorate a home for the holidays that is open to the public on tour. All proceeds go to charity.
For homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise, a GRAND ENTRANCE Consultant will work with what you already have to make dramatic transformations to your home. If additional accessories are needed in order to complete the look of each room, we can make suggestions so that you can purchase with confidence, we can shop for you.
Open House or New Listing Staging Weekend
This service includes a Home Staging Consultation where we review every room to create a GRAND ENTRANCE Action Plan. We then spend one full day preparing the home for an Open House or to go on the market, redesigning rooms to create flow, light and space. We clear unnecessary and personal items to give space a neutral appeal for buyers. Additional accessories and items will be set up for the Open House/new listing weekend for maximum effect without rental charges (rental fees will apply if seller or agent determines the need for these accessories beyond the weekend). De-staging of accessories is included.
Open House or Broker’s Caravan Preparation
For the budget-conscious, a GRAND ENTRANCE Consultant will add the finishing touches and prepare a setting to welcome brokers and potential buyers for your listing that is just about to go on the market or have an Open House. If vacant, we will stage the kitchen — the heart of every home! We will also be available to host your caravan and provide coffee and snacks to welcome your visitors.
GRAND ENTRANCE Action Plan
For the do-it-yourselfer who just needs some detailed expert direction, we will walk through your home, taking a fresh look at every room, and create a GRAND ENTRANCE Action Plan. In one main room, we will clear unnecessary and personal items to give your space a neutral appeal to buyers, and redesign it to create flow, light and space. We will leave you with a detailed GRAND ENTRANCE Action Plan so you can complete the look in the remainder of your home yourself.

At GRAND ENTRANCE HOME STAGING & DESIGN, our priority is on the environment. We stage and redesign with an emphasis on “Reduce/Reuse/Recycle”. Whenever possible, we purchase from resale and consignment shops, as well as from furniture rental companies. We reuse plastic and paper bags and we partner with other companies committed to eco-friendly practices and resource-saving products. We use only environmentally friendly cleaning products, specify no-VOC paints when recommending paint colors, and offer eco-friendly alternatives for flooring or any remodeling components that are contracted out for clients.
